On Sept. 29-Oct 1, 2023, five clubs joined at Riverside campground in Kanoplis to work on the camping skills honors. Two of our clubs were new to our campout this year. We had great weather and fun working together.
During the weekend Virgil Covel shared during our worships how God has given us a new name and how to know God and know we are his children, forgiven and loved.
Our 5 clubs worked together on camping skills, building fires and activities where the pathfinders could get to know others from the other clubs. We played a version of 20 questions where the pathfinders has to figure out what plant, mineral or animal had been placed on their back.
