What To Do
Create a log-in for yourself. You will use this many times throughout the application process and up until you leave on the trip.
The cost is $9.61 per person, but there is a $20 fee for each application request. We recommend you buy the insurance for ALL participants at one time to avoid paying multiple $20 application fees.
The site will prompt you for details. You MUST enter a list of ALL the attendees who will be going to the Camporee in Gillette, WY. The list can be changed up until about a week before you leave on the trip (there will be an additional $20 application fee with each change).
REQUIRED for ALL Clubs and ALL Persons attending the Stand Strong Camporee, August 6-12, 2029, please purchase travel/medical insurance through Adventist Risk Management.
At the bottom of the Camporee Insurance page, there are claim forms that can be used in case a claim needs to be filed as a result of the trip. Printing and keeping a blank claim form(s) with you for use in case of an emergency would probably be a good idea.
