Spring 2026 Camporee

Spring Camporee is May 1–3 at Broken Arrow Ranch. 

Register everyone in the Honors Festival portal.

Early-bird fee is $12/person by April 18 ($15 after). Only Pathfinders, staff, and registered staff family may attend — no exceptions, no day visitors. 

All adults 18+ must have completed Adventist Screening Verification or they will be turned away. Lanyards will be issued to registered attendees only. No campfires (hayfield), no pets, no driving except emergencies.

Bring medical consent forms, insect repellent, and heavy-duty tarps.

Sabbath afternoon: Wilderness Living honor stations.

Sunday morning: Drilling & Marching.

We are excited for the Spring Camporee 2026 at Broken Arrow Ranch, May 1–3! This page covers everything you need to get your club registered and ready.

Please read through carefully — there are several action items and important safety updates.

SAFETY & ATTENDANCE POLICY

The Conference team has been working hard to emphasize the importance of keeping our kids safe and optimizing preventative measures to make that happen. Please take the following policies seriously:

Only Pathfinders, staff, and registered staff family members are allowed to attend the camporee. This means friends, parents, siblings, grandparents, and other church members are not permitted. NO day visitors are allowed. All attendees over 18+ must have current background check.

Only those who are registered in the system will be given lanyards for attendance. If you see someone without a lanyard, please contact a coordinator or ask them to leave. All staff share this responsibility.

REGISTRATION

All attendees (Pathfinders, staff, and directors) must be entered in the Honors Festival system. Log in to your Club Director portal here.

Once logged in:

  1. Make sure “Spring Camporee 2026” is selected as your event in the dropdown at the top of the page.
  2. On the Users tab, verify that every person attending is in your club roster. If not, add them using the “Add User” or “Bulk Add Users” button.
  3. Use the Attending checkbox next to each user’s name. Check those who are attending, and uncheck anyone who is NOT attending.
  4. Toggle your club’s own attendance using the attendance block at the top of your dashboard.

Students and staff can also self-declare their attendance by logging in to their own dashboard.

BACKGROUND CHECKS (REQUIRED)

All persons 18 years old or older must have completed their Adventist Screening Verification prior to attending. Make sure your staff have completed theirs and that they are current — they will not be allowed to attend if they have not.

The conference will be monitoring all users added to the system. If a user’s name appears in RED, they have not yet completed the requirements.

FEES & PAYMENT

  • $12.00 per person — if paid by April 18, 2026
  • $15.00 per person — April 19 through April 25, 2026

IMPORTANT CAMPGROUND RULES

  • NO CAMPFIRES. The campground area at BAR is in a hayfield, so campfires are not allowed due to safety concerns.
  • Insect repellent and heavy-duty tarps or plastic under tents are highly recommended.
  • LEAVE PETS AT HOME. Pets are not allowed at camporee. Service animals are welcome.
  • Campers/RVs: Any clubs planning to bring a camper or RV must make prior arrangements. No electrical or water hookups are available.
  • Driving is only allowed for emergencies and from the day parking area by the road to the BAR camp.
  • Stay in the camping area unless accompanied by a staff member. The BAR horse barn and horses are off limits.
  • Respect God’s nature, the Broken Arrow Ranch property, and other clubs’ camping areas and property. Properly dispose of all trash and observe all quiet times per the schedule.
  • Restroom Duty: Each club will be assigned restroom duty to keep areas clean and orderly.

MEDICAL CONSENT FORMS

Medical Consent Forms are required for each Pathfinder. This is for the safety of our youth. Please have them ready to present during inspection.

SABBATH AFTERNOON: WILDERNESS LIVING HONOR

Tying into our Elijah theme this year — his time in the wilderness being fed by ravens — we will be working on the Wilderness Living honor on Sabbath afternoon. Clubs will cycle through 7 rotating stations from 1:00–5:00 PM:

  • Station 1: Lost in the Wilderness & Direction Finding — Panthers – Bryant
  • Station 2: Shelter Construction — Darren Hayward
  • Station 3: Compass Navigation — Ben Wunderlich
  • Station 4: Water Collection & Purification — Kathy Story
  • Station 5: Wild Edible Plants — Elienai – Dimas
  • Station 6: Signaling for Help — Trail Blazers – Jarred
  • Station 7: Stalking & Concealment — New Haven TLT

SECURITY & PORTA POTTY VOLUNTEERS

Security: We need 4 volunteers during each overnight time period to help provide security at the campsite. Please consider signing up your staff members for one of these shifts.

Porta Potty Checks: We also need volunteers for 3 porta potty check times throughout the event.

HOW TO SIGN UP FOR SESSIONS

There are two ways to sign up in the system:

  1. “Sign Up for Sessions” tab — Pick the sessions you’d like to participate in yourself.
  2. “Sessions” tab — Click “Manage Students” on any session to add yourself or your staff members. This is especially useful for assigning staff to specific security shifts or volunteer spots.

SUNDAY MORNING: DRILLING & MARCHING

Sunday morning we will hold the Marching program. Please review the requirements and prepare your club here.

REGLAS IMPORTANTES DEL CAMPAMENTO

  • NO SE PERMITEN FOGATAS. El área del campamento en BAR está en un campo de heno, por lo que no se permiten fogatas por razones de seguridad.
  • Se recomienda encarecidamente traer repelente de insectos y lonas resistentes o plástico debajo de las tiendas de campaña.
  • DEJEN A LAS MASCOTAS EN CASA. No se permiten mascotas en el camporee. Los animales de servicio son bienvenidos.
  • Casas rodantes/RVs: Los clubes que planeen traer una casa rodante o RV deben hacer arreglos previos. No hay conexiones eléctricas ni de agua disponibles.
  • Conducir solo está permitido para emergencias y desde el área de estacionamiento diurno junto al camino hasta el campamento BAR.
  • Permanezcan en el área de campamento a menos que estén acompañados por un miembro del personal. El establo y los caballos de BAR están fuera de límites.
  • Respeten la naturaleza de Dios, la propiedad de Broken Arrow Ranch y las áreas de campamento y propiedad de otros clubes. Desechen toda la basura correctamente y observen todos los horarios de silencio según el programa.
  • Turno de baños: A cada club se le asignará un turno de limpieza de baños para mantener las áreas limpias y ordenadas.

VOLUNTARIOS DE SEGURIDAD Y BAÑOS PORTÁTILES

Seguridad: Necesitamos 4 voluntarios durante cada período nocturno para ayudar a brindar seguridad en el campamento. Por favor consideren inscribir a miembros de su personal para uno de estos turnos.

Revisión de baños portátiles: También necesitamos voluntarios para 3 horarios de revisión de baños portátiles durante el evento.
